從氣溫大約30度左右的匈牙利，
回到氣溫大約10度左右的英國。
英國已經進入秋天狀態了。
我穿起大衣，
慢慢地又開始習慣英國的冷度。
From Hungary, which has a temperature of about 30 degrees, it returns to the UK with a temperature of about 10 degrees.
The UK has entered an autumn atmosphere.
I wore my coat and adapt slowly to coldness.

很慶幸去年決定離開城市，
選擇住在英國鄉村。
離自然很近的地方，
對我來說是離心很近的地方。

種菜不是我擅長的工作之一，
正在努力學習中，
繼續和土地培養感情中。
2019年失去了很多東西，
正因失去，
才有機會得到一些自己想要的生活方式。
因為人生有捨有得，
繼續隨遇而安。
在英國鄉村過著種菜的生活 🥒。

I lost a lot of things in 2019, but I also got some lifestyles I wanted.

親手在家做菜菜蒸餃
Cooking handmade steamed vegetable dumplings at home
生活中有大大小小的瑣事雜事，
幾乎很少和別人提起，
因為很多事情和別人講其實沒有用，
且沒有人想聽 那些使人覺得不舒服的事情。
通常我就是泡一杯茶，
利用喝茶的時間，想如何處理or解決問題，
慢慢地靜下心，喝完茶，
事情就解決一半了。
分享最近很喜歡的來自德國的有機茶。
ps價錢總是很多人關心的點，一盒20包＝1.95pounds=台幣大約80元左右
一杯茶＝台幣4元左右 很划算。

我以前都不知道有這個協會：
英國皇家防止虐待動物協會
Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals ＝RSPCA
直到搬到英國鄉村後，
看到鄰居家的狗狗，
每次看到我都全身顫抖卻又和我搖尾巴，
鄰居和說說，他的狗是他從協會收養來的，
已經收養了5年以上，
但是狗還是無法完全克服那曾經被虐待的經歷....
另外一個鄰居的三隻貓，
也是來自這個協會，
看到我也是馬上嚇跑....
因為我無法和動物溝通，
無法真正理解牠們受過的傷害，
而我可以做的是在協會的店，
買二手衣服，
支持他們繼續幫忙那些受到虐待的動物，
得到一個安全溫暖的家。
一件衣服1 pound
兩件2pounds =台幣大約80元的左右。
其實衣服都很新，
捐衣服的人，
好像根本沒有穿過。
繼續思考自己生活在英國，
可以做何事情？讓社會更有意義中。
