#陶瓷彩繪課 ＃手工瓷土聖誕節裝飾 Thank you for joining our Paint Your Own Porcelain Christmas Decorations workshop yesterday. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere, even though there were only two participants. One participant was unwell, and her friend kindly helped her to paint her porcelain Christmas piece. We really appreciate your trust and support for our workshop. Some people mentioned that £27 for a two–hour session was expensive. However, this price includes all materials, porcelain purchased from Bath Pottery Supplies (Bath, UK), as well as firing costs. We also offered an early-bird price of £22—only £11 per hour. It can be difficult for some people to understand the value of handmade work. We are doing our best to create a win–win situation for everyone, while also covering necessary costs such as renting the coffee shop space Strawberry Line Cafe . Despite this, some people still imagine we are earning a million pounds from a two–hour workshop in Bristol—which makes us laugh! Thank you for understanding our situation. All we can do is keep going, keep creating, and keep smiling. ＃Christmasmarket ＃英國聖誕節市集 ＃安全 我繼續用影片紀錄自己的英國生活，和有緣分的人分享，謝謝～ 【英國生活0318】市集擺攤Bristol ＋ St. Nicholas Market聖誕節市集＋手工瓷土handmade porcelain 聖誕節掛飾＋英國生活紀錄Life in the Uk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SB2mmtQjJCE #bristol 🤗🙏🤗🥰 11月24日至12月4日2025年 將是我在英國Bristol 的Corn street 聖誕節市集， 聖誕市集主辦單位屬於英國Bristol 當地政府， 收到英國中央政府的提醒， 擔心聖誕節市集會遇到 恐怖攻擊， 所以在街道上放在大石頭， 以免有心人用車子衝撞攤位， 也加強工作人員的巡邏次數， 就是擔心有人拿刀刺別人的屁股（已經發生在倫敦街頭）， 或是拿酒瓶砸人（已經發生在Bristol 攤位）， 英國從大英帝國，變成 網路上所說的 大陰帝國， 期待我們大家都平安渡過 聖誕節市集的擺攤，不要搭上救護車，或是進入醫院～ ＃保佑 🙏🥹

繼續微笑面對所有的挑戰，謝謝嘲諷我是 流浪狗的人， 只因為我在英國市集擺攤，感謝您們的嘲笑， 讓我知道自己要更加努力， 才有能力保護自己和想保護的人，繼續非常努力中～ I made 10 limited-edition Christmas decorations this year. I call them Flying Wings. I wish I could fly; I wish I could be more useful—like a superhero—so I could help more people and protect myself and others. In the past couple of months, some people have called me a “street dog” because I decided to work with a local market. I didn’t have any other choice. Some people judged my English accent as “not British enough” for teaching. Some galleries and spaces also rejected me, saying my handmade porcelain wouldn’t bring them enough attention or profit. At the same time, I went through major surgery, and my mother was diagnosed with cancer. Everything felt very heavy. But the only thing I can do is to keep smiling, work hard, and keep going. Because I have an Asian face and not a classic British accent, some people don’t give me a fair chance to live in this land. So I try to remember the people who have been kind to me, and try to forget the ones who haven’t. It’s difficult, but I am trying to overcome it. When some people focus on anti-immigration, they forget that many people with Asian faces are also British. Britain is your home, and it is my home as well. I hope that we can all be safe in this land.

＃英國鄉村市集 ＃感謝收藏 今天11月14日2025年星期五， 我自己去英國鄉村市集Wriington 擺攤， 從早上9:45- 11:00 am ～ 遇到不少之前買過我們手工製作陶瓷作品的爺爺奶奶， 他們都問我，怎麼這麼久沒有來鄉村擺攤？ 說：有點想念我！ 聽了超感動🥹， 有些奶奶還給我一個大大的擁抱～ 還問我媽媽的癌症好多了嗎？ 我跑去哪裡了？ 我沒有和他們說我去開刀，怕他們擔心～ 畢竟都是70幾歲以上，甚至80歲的的人了～ 他們說：要聖誕節要買給孫子.孫女的手工Handmade 禮物 留一些額度給我～ 聽了更感動～ 謝謝他們喜歡我的手工（手繪）瓷土porcelain 聖誕節掛飾和 Martin 的手工燭台～ 也許在這個快速的年代，並非每一個人都願意買手工作品， 因為比較起機器做的，手工作品相對比較貴些， 我特別感謝能願意支持手工作品的買家， 謝謝您們，讓我覺得特別溫暖～ 飛行貓貓將要寄去泰國，送給姪女， 狗骨頭將要寄去英格蘭北部York 約克，送給孫女， 恐龍將要寄去英國南部Cornwall 海邊，送給孫子～ 手工燭台留著自己用，還有些聖誕節裝飾也是要自用的～🥰 ps. 1 for 5.50 pounds. 2 for 8 pounds 瓷土手工聖誕節裝飾 和有興趣的人分享，謝謝～ https://www.wenhsichenceramics.com/shop1.html #thankyouverymuch

Currently, my handmade porcelain piece Shabby Chic Pink (gold lustre, enamels, ready-made frame, 48.5 × 48 × 4 cm, wall art, 2021) is displayed in your window space. Thank you very much for giving me this opportunity. @rita.jayne.antiques I enjoyed collecting the second-hand frame and combining it with my handmade porcelain to create a new work. I also like using gold lustre, enamels, and the colour pink to evoke a vintage atmosphere. @wenhsiharmanporcelainart I also enjoyed immersing myself in the city of Bath and walking around to experience the feeling of autumn.
