I’m happy to see my work presented alongside other antiques and objects, engaging with different materials and creating new conversations. Chicken feet are considered a delicacy in Taiwan and are a very familiar sight. In Britain, however, they are not commonly found in shops and may even seem slightly unpleasant or ‘abject,’ as it’s unusual to see whole animals—especially chicken feet—served at the table.
